Meet the founder
Brian Wilson
Brian has owned Leaves Personal Care for 13 years and has more than three decades of experience serving elderly clients and their families.
He created Springboard to help West Michigan families navigate the next step of their senior living journey. Over the years, Brian saw families struggle to compare communities, understand care levels, and make major decisions under pressure. Springboard was built to offer something better: a trusted local guide who listens, advocates, and remains involved.
